We are the longest active running Bed and Breakfast in Columbia (Est. 1995) located along the University of Missouri's eastern campus. We are open year round and serve delicious and hearty breakfast made by us every morning after a restful night in one of our 4 comfortable guestrooms.

University Avenue Bed and Breakfast is located approximately 7.8 miles from the Katy Trail, in Columbia MO

Directions: 1 mile from the end of the MKT Trail located in Flat Branch Park at Cherry Street and S. 4th Street.

From MKT Trail head ride eastbound on Cherry Street to S. 5th Street.

At S. 5th Street turn right onto S. 5th Street and take 5th to Elm Street (2 blocks south).

Turn left onto Elm Street and ride eastbound to S. 9th Street. (Elm Street and S. 9th Street follow the edge of the MU Campus)

Turn right onto S. 9th Street and ride to University Avenue (it’s a 3 way

Large flat screen TVs with satellite programming in each guest room.

Walking distance to downtown shops, galleries and restaurants.
Local maps gladly provided in addition to restaurant recommendations.

No Pets.
Smoking: Outside only.
Children: We behaved kids are welcome, but may not be able to accommodate families with kids. Please call us in advance if you are going to be coming with kids.

KATY Trail bicycle riders who need to cancel due to inclement weather (heavy rain/thunderstorms, snow, tornado, etc.) in the Columbia area or along the KATY Trail are exempt from a late cancellation fee. IMPORTANT! RIDERS MUST TELL US THEY ARE BIKING THE KATY TRAIL AT THE TIME RESERVATION IS MADE.

Just fine-- nice folks, very nice breakfast. Comfortable rooms and good bathrooms, close to Mizzou campus and walkable to a ton of places to eat. Wifi was solid. Very helpful people and slept like a rock.

Fabulous place! Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, right next to campus, very friendly owners, breakfast of quiche, fruit, rolls, and coffee was delicious! The place was immaculate, safe, and worth every bit of the price we paid (which was not extravagant - $ 90). You can't get a better deal in Columbia!
