Tebbetts Station in Tebbetts

The Tebbetts Station Restaurant is at mile marker 131. It is only 100 feet from the Tebbetts Trail Shelter Hostel.
The Station is closed Monday and Tuesday. The Lounge is open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:00 till close (after 10pm). Open Saturday at 11:30 till 1:30am and open Sunday 11:30 till 2:00. The Lounge is open Sunday 5:00 till 10pm or later.

This place is now out of business! Make sure you have food with you if you plan to stay at the shelter!

I call the section between Jeff City and Hermann, one of the desert segments of the trail. Not many services in that area.

Actually you can still get a burger or a chicken sandwich (and a few other items) and fries at the bar in the back. Not much to offer but its food, and the people are super nice! The burgers we had were some of the best on the trail and the fries? Wow, very very good. We went back for more later in the evening they were so good! We were there first week of June.

Tebbetts Station Bar (Entrance on the side of the building) IS OPEN, although the restaurant is closed. There is bar food, such as hamburgers/cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and great BLT's! Hours are Wednesday thru Saturday 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Anyone know if the Tebbetts Station restaurant is still open on Wednesdays through Sundays? Planning to come through the week of 9/18.
