Is there a decent way to get from Warrensburg, Mo.
to Clinton Mo. by bike and avoiding Highway 13?

Hwy 13 would probably be the best bet. You can look at google maps and see there are a few smaller highways that would get you there eventually, but would take a lot more time and be much longer. 13 is a straight shot and at least has a bit of a shoulder all the way, the other highways will not have much if any shoulder.

I would use Google Maps to piece together a ride on gravel roads (if you have the bike for that kind of thing): safer, better adventure and scenery, etc.
