IF I was to drive to Hermann - leave my car and ride to St. Charles....spend the night there in a hotel...and ride back the next morning to Hermann....

IS THERE A SAFE PLACE TO LEAVE A CAR IN HERMANN??

I would bet that the wonderful people who run Joey's Birdhouse would let you leave a car on their property for 24 hours. Ask Joey or Rich: they are actually in McKittrick, which is right on the trail across the river from Hermann.

Just leave the car at the riverfront parking lot. Should not be a problem.
