I tried (unsuccessfully) to unicycle the Katy last year. Unfortunately, one of my knees stopped my trek, but I'm looking forward to getting a single wheel back on the Katy after my spring marathon in May.

Here's a video of the unicycle ride: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lofTXxZdZQ4

Thanks for the video link Eric...quite interesting. It seems that with alot of trips there are obstacles along the way. But, you brought that only having one wheel thing on yourself, ya know.

Best of luck with the marathon and your next Katy adventure.

Thanks, Trek! I made some nice memories despite having to bail on the ride. I'm looking forward to doing the whole trail on a two-wheeler in the future--should be a cake walk comparatively.

Enjoyed your video! I can't even imagine the Katy on a unicycle, amazing! Sometimes rides just fall apart despite best efforts...here's to better miles ahead this year!
