Phoenix Public House & Eatery in Boonville

We stopped at Phoenix Public House for lunch a few weeks ago on a 75 mile out and back trip from Sedalia. We wanted a nice place to relax for a bit before we turned to head home. The name intrigued me so we stopped in and saw a sign for the patio. The patio isnt much, but since we were the only ones there we didnt care. It was large enough for us and our two bikes. When I saw the menu choices I was pleasantly surprised. The man behind the bar also waited on us. He was extremely nice and we got fast service. When we ordered the food was amazing!!!!! Focacia burger with greens for the side, just mouth watering! It was a seriously great meal, so good that we will be headed back this week to use Booneville as our start town. When I told our server that we would be back (hopefully with more riders) he told us to feel free to call ahead so they could be ready for us. I can't rave enough about this place. Prompt friendly service that went above and beyond, amazing food, I just wished it were closer to KC! Its definately worth a stop.
