Price Range: Current Rates(subject to change): $120-$150/night (minimum 2 nights on weekends in September/October), full house rental $350 per night. Tax not included. Additional 2 guests (blow up mattress) - $20/night each.
 Directions: Take Public Street (at the Katy Trailhead in Augusta) one block, turn right on Main Street and come up the hill to Lower Street, the house is on the east side of Lower, across from Main.
