Does anyone know if any trailheads have outlets to charge e-bike batteries?

I road across the Katy last year with a group that included a couple on E-Bikes. They had to recharge at the camp grounds. I don't remember seeing anywhere on most of the trailheads where you could recharge a cell phone much less an e-bike.

If it just takes a 110v outlet there is one outside next to the soda machine at the Turner Shelter in Tebbetts.
