Yes. Scroll down this forum to a previous post on the bridge. There are links to photos of it under construction as well as a rendering of the finished bridge. With bikeway.

A new bridge is under construction now, hopefully with a bike lane. We had to time it right and sprinted across together. We had to take the whole lane. Hwy 47 has a shoulder to ride on.
