It was our favorite Bed and breakfast of the 3 b&b's we stayed on the Katy Trail!
I am so glad my hubby found this on line and made the reservation! Everything about our stay was perfect! We had ridden about 27 miles that day so the jetted tub was a bonus. The School house is perfectly set up with beautiful and spacious rooms, each a slightly different take on the School house theme. Mike, the owner-host is a great chef in his own ritght and had baked chocolate chip cookies and made iced tea to tied us over until dinner. We stayed in the "Teacher's Pet" suite at the top of the house. It is so cute and comfy! Our bikes were safely locked up inside the enclosed fenced yard but had the option to lock them up in a shed on property. The breakfast was delicious and hearty as we made our last trek of 37 miles to Jefferson City that day. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone else traveling on the KT trail! It was such a treat!!!
