Rode from JC to Coopers last night and hit water over the trail about half way between Claysville and Hartsburg. If its still there you can backtrack a hundred yards or so and get on the gravel road that parallels that section of the trail. You only have to ride the road for a quarter mile or so.

confirmed to be correct.
Trail is marked closed MM 149.8 to 153.6 between Claysville and Hartsburg.
MM 34 - 35 is between St. Charles and Black Walnut.
