Does anyone have an update on the trail closure between Claysville and Hartsburg? If still closed, is there a clear detour marked on the trail?

Hello, Trail is marked detour on a yellow sign, from the Hartsburg side you go 20 feet right to the gravel, bumpy county road. It's about one mile, then left back onto trail. This side of trail has some orange snow fence that is down. Trail is definitely under water, maybe less than 1/4 mile. Don't ignore sign from Hartsburg side or you will have to backtrack about one mile when you suddenly see that it really is underwater. I passed it on May 11, 2017.
