Does anyone know if Dotty's in Hartsburg is still open for lunch after Dotty's heart issues? I tried calling but got a "number no longer in service" message. Thanks.

Thanks, Sarah. We're going to be riding thru on a Thursday. Looks like no place in Hartsburg is open for lunch till weekend. Am I correct on that? Any suggestions?

Cooper's Landing to the west has good Thai food, plus drinks, etc.-----including bathrooms and a shower.

We made the mistake of camping in Hartsburg on a Sunday night: While the bar in town was good enough that night, it also meant no bathrooms, no food.......... and nothing in the morning except packing up and getting to Cooper's Landing ASAP.

When did they do away with the restrooms at the trailhead in Hartsburg?

Larry.. she is open for lunch today too I believe... also... the restrooms are open on the trailhead right at the little ranger station on the trail... if someone rolls in and finds it locked or close...please let me know and I will inquire. I will ask today as well.
