Don't order out from here! Your call goes to a call center in Oklahoma City. I was on hold for about 15 minutes while they tried to figure out if they could deliver to my address. Then they told me it would take 60 minutes. When it was delivered, they had not given me credit for the coupon I told them I had. The only way I could get credit for it was to call back to the call center, where I was put on hold again! The driver was very nice and the pizza was good. But all in all, not worth the hassle!

I'm curious. Where did you stay? It must not be far from the trail if you're commenting here. I'm staying next week at the Bothwell on E. 3rd St, just off the trail. I'm wondering if there is dining within walking distance of the Bothwell Hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant but I'd rather not be limited to it. What can you (or anyone) tell me about decent eating (non-fast food) near the Bothwell and the area just adjacent to the trail in Sedalia? Thanks for anything I will be there Tuesday 27 Sep

We stayed at Maxine's rooms for rent, which is kind of on the outskirts of town. I'm sure there are good restaurants close to the Bothwell, but I don't know them.

Tom, you can't go wrong with Fitter's Pub, just a block from the Hotel Bothwell. Clean, casual sports bar with very good food. But it can get crowded on weekend evenings.

At BikerBoy. I really appreciate it. The place looks like a standard American food sports bar. Perfect for a beer & burger refreshment; and not far to roam from the hotel. Thanks for taking the time.
