Has anyone done a ride from Rhineland? Looking to go about 25 miles with places to stop for wine, beer and food. If Rhineland not a good start point then what's the most scenic 25 mile ride?h

Not much in the area other than Hermann. Augusta and Rocheport probably have more in the way of wine.

There are a couple of wineries in Augusta and a few within short driving distance. Rocheport has one a short distance away up the hill. Herman has several in town and many within short driving distance. Hermann also has a very unique Prohibition Era wine cellar and surrounding countryside that is covered with vineyards. If you're looking for wine, beer, and food, ride along the limestone bluffs along Portland, Bluffton and Rhineland and end up in Hermann.

Augusta and Rocheport do not offer more food , beer or wine choices.

Look at doing Dutzow to Defiance and back. Its around a 30 mile round trip. Several wineries on the way and places to eat if you're not looking for 5 star dining.
