I would like to know if there is any type of fishing allowed on the trail near the river. If so, what places would that be and is it okay for people to fish at. Thanks!

I've seen people fishing in the Missouri River from the side of the Katy Trail. The Katy also passes over many creeks and small rivers. I would think that you just need a Missouri fishing license and make sure that you aren't trespassing where you want to fish.
