Plan on doing Katy Trail this year. How much of the Rock Island Trail, is complete and connected to the Katy Trail ?

From what I gather, not all that much. Evidently there are a few miles open around Windsor and I plan on exploring them when I ride by Windsor on the Katy in June.

There are a couple of Rock Island Trail groups on Facebook that you can get updates. It doesn't appear to me there is much open at this time but it looks like a lot of construction will be starting up this spring.
