I have read about the Augusta Brewery and have been to Trail Head in St. Charles, any others along the trail?

Tin Mill in Hermann if you are asking about breweries.

Most of the bars and restaurants along the way are pretty good at selling local beers. I'd be surprised if Sedalia didn't have one.

My wife and I often park about 3.5 miles from Augusta and walk to the Augusta Brewery to have lunch with beer/wine. I recommend the Saison on tap.

FYI: I'm originally from Covington and Erlanger. My wife is from Western Hills/Cheviot. Of course I left Cincy in 1972!

Katfish Katy's at Huntsdale has a selection of craft beers from Columbia.

Hermann is the wine mecca of Missouri. A little polka music on the patio in the shade is hard to beat too.

While in Augusta try the grappa at Augusta Winery if you want a real kick.

Great suggestions, thanks!
Doing research I find ZERO Craft Breweries in Sedalia, odd because Sedalia appears to be a good size town...

Fitter's 5th Street Pub in downtown Sedalia has a good selection of local and other craft beers.
Cooper's Landing on the trail by Easley also has a good beer selection and a great quirky atmosphere!
