Just had an awesome meal at Dotty's Cafe in Hartsburg. That girl can "FLAT" cook. Food was amazing. Home made "from scratch" Strawbwerry Rhubarb pie was unbelieveable. ( Hand made by Katie Kingrey I believe...Dotty s sister)
