Has anyone been on the trail from Rocheport to McBaine? Last weekend we tried to bike and it was way too soft! I'd like to know if it's in better condition for a ride tomorrow.

I tried to ride east from Tebbetts about a week ago, and it was just too hard to bike on the trail. I saw someone else post that it was like biking in wet cement, and that pretty well described what I experienced. I gave up after about 2 miles. I think the thaw and freeze and thaw and freeze temperatures have something to do with it. I hate to discourage someone from getting out on the trail, because I wanted to try to bike during the winter when temperatures are about 50 degrees. But I'm going to stick to the greenway system in Jefferson City, as it is paved.
