Beginning Monday, Oct. 7, the City of Windsor will be constructing a trail crossing at milepost 248.8 on the Katy Trail. The trail will remain open during the duration of the project but please be aware of equipment and maintenance crews on the trail during construction. The project is anticipated to be completed by Friday, Oct. 18.
