I'm doing the Katy from Sedalia and want to exit to Kirkwood to catch train with bike back to Sedalia. Where do I get off the trail for Kirkwood and how far to train station???Thanks for your help....Glenn

There are different route suggestions on the front page of this website, scroll down and look for the links. You will need to cross the Mo River at the Page Ave bridge (I-364). From there you will go something like 15-20 miles through suburban St. Louis. I have never done that exact trip though have ridden suburban St. Louis a lot. It can be quite nice and it be completely bike unfriendly. You just have to plan your route.

If you don't feel like riding this by bike there are shuttles available in St. Charles that will bring you to Kirkwood.
