I am taking my class on a field trip tomorrow from Hartsburg to N. Jefferson City? Is it flooded? Should we postpone?

That section shouldn't flood, but you are looking and high tempature for the day of maybe 50 with winds of 20mph from the west. Not my idea of a pleasant experience for the kids or you.
