Has anyone ever parked their car here overnight? Is it even possible to leave a car there overnight?

I am planning on riding for 2 nights and need to leave my car around Weldon Spring and I hear the Weldon Spring trailhead is not that safe.

I left mine here for 1 night in Sept., 2012. Had no problem.

There's a park and ride commuter lot near 94&40 intersection at Research Park up the hill from the Research Connector Trail Head. I don't know the rules, but it seems like there would be at least some cars parked there at any time of day.

If the weather is pretty good the Weldon Springs trailhead is pretty busy. Only problem the late hours. I would leave the vehicle and place a sign inside that says,"Vehicle equipped with remote surveillance with direct contact to local law enforcement authorities". It could work.

We have left cars at the Ducket Creek/Bush Greenway trailhead several times for a weekend and have not had any issues. Maybe we have been lucky, we usually leave Saturday morning and return Sunday evening.
