It appears that the Summit Lake Winery location in Hartsburg is now closed! We drove by the storefront after a Hartsburg-North Jefferson ride today, 30JUL2011, and noted "For Sale" signs and no lights. It was great to stop for a glass of wine after an outing...

Indeed, the Hartsburg location did not open this year. I'd certainly love to see someone get in there and make a go of it. It's a great location and a fantastic facility. Who among you is looking for your dream business along the Katy Trail?
