Unfortunately, the downtown grocery store has closed meaning you better stock up in Sedalia if eastbound or Boonville if heading west. We came prepared and so didn't go to Casey's, but it is NOT a general store. It's a 7-11 type market with drinks, snacks, lottery tickets, etc., and a pizza if you want.

As of November 9, 2013, Pilot Grove as a brand new grocery store and deli located directly across from the Casey's gas station call Tyler's Market and Deli.
