We were on the trail between Franklin and New Franklin when the tornado sirens went off last Wednesday. We headed for New Franklin and were picked up by their EMS as we were looking for shelter in New Franklin. They took us to the city storm shelter. When the "all clear" was sounded they loaded our bikes and took us back to our car in Boonville. We will always be greatful to the wonderful folks in New Franklin.
